I had to laugh--DS17 likes to bust me for being a 'Trekkie'!

Although, truth be told he's coming over to the 'Trekkie' side, too!

DS wasn't familiar with the name, he told DH, "Hey, that actor sounds like Captain Picard!"
DH rolled his eyes--he teases me, too!--& now the offspring is showing Trekkie tendencies!

Don't laugh please ...... Historical Romance. We've been reading them for years and she's got a lot of writing skills so we thought to try our hand on our own version. I'm mostly doing the research and pitching in on the outline. We'll see how it goes, if nothing else we enjoy spending the time together and it's an excuse to make a field trip!.

We went to Dublin last year and it is very easy to navigate. The transportation is excellent plenty of buses taxis. You must try the 'Temple Bar' area for its authentic Irish pubs. The locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. The 'Temple Bar' pub is one of our favorites. Bono from U2 own a hotel in that area. You may meet a pop star or 2. There are some excellent shops and lovely souvenir shops. I had the Black and White pudding breakfast and it was the perfect antidote to the previous days tour of the Temple Bar Pubs. We saw many Americans in the Temple Bar area enjoying the atmosphere. We will be returning to Dublin later this year. A great place for adults not really much for kids.
