What a cool idea! I would love to see this in our area.
Years ago - 9 actually, had no idea it was that many, I had the opportunity to be a part of a 'design your own cereal'. I was so disappointed when they discontinued the program.

U.S. cereal maker General Mills announced yesterday that it is to give people the opportunity to make a very personal cereal. The company said that it will begin testing a Web site that allows visitors to create their own customized cereal. Selected consumers will be able to tailor the cereals, based on their individual health needs and taste preferences, at http://www.mycereal.com.Consumers will be able to design cereals with over one million possible combinations. The products will be available in single-serve containers at the premium price of about $1 (U.S.)a serving.
Ugh, I can't do cereal either. I usually just have coffee w/ hazelnut creamer, but if I do eat breakfast, it's peach yogurt. My favorite thing for breakfast would be a breakfast burrito but I'm too lazy to cook it.
I usually have leftovers from dinner for breakfast.
DH and I have been married for 21 years and he has had oatmeal for breakfast Monday through Saturday since before we met. He makes pancakes on Sunday. He makes steel cut oats with flax and blueberries. I always make fun of him for being a creature of habit and he points out that he used to use apples instead of blueberries. Yep, he is a real outside the box kinda guy!
OMG, that reminds me of my dad! He has a cereal day, muffin day, and something else (I think oatmeal, maybe). Lather, rinse, repeat. And GOD FORBID he be out of one of the ingredients on that particular day!

I ALWAYS have breakfast, unless I'm fasting that day. I will have anything from:
Special K with Red Berries and skim milk
Quaker Oats Weight Management Oatmeal with either Splenda or raisins
Turkey Sausage with cheese on top
Weight Watchers yogert with fruit
It varies a lot, just depends on what I'm in the mood for.
Sometimes it's traditional breakfast food like a scrambled egg and a couple of sausage links. Maybe a bowl of oatmeal, or other cereal. Maybe a container of yogurt, and juice.
Then other times I'll have leftovers, like this morning it was sweet & sour chicken with pork fried rice.
I usually don't eat for at least a couple of hours after getting up though. But I do have a couple cups of coffee to start with.
A waffle and a cup of milk. Occasionally, I may go dangerous and have a pancake or a muffin. I'm NOT a morning eater, some days I get by on a bottle of water. That, and I have to be done by 6:15, and I'm not a fan of coffee.
On the weekdays, I usually just have coffee. Sometimes, if we have it, I'll have a piece of pound cake or banana bread. Once in a while I'll have a bowl of oatmeal.
On weekends I usually have eggs, toast, and coffee. Sometimes omelets.
I can't eat in the morning (and my 8yr old is the same way) so I have one or two cups of coffee or sometimes tea. Then late morning I have steel cut oatmeal (which I make the night before) or a green smoothie (rice milk, kefir, spinach, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, frozen blueberries and/or strawberries, a half banana and an orange~no spinach taste at all however it is an unpleasant looking brown/green color!). Sometimes I have a piece or two of toast (Ezekiel sprouted wheat bread) with coconut oil and almond butter spread on it.
