In desperate need of a license plate for a stroller

I am looking for a Florid license tag with Lighting McQueen and Mater on it with the Letters that are GLM 820

Does anyone make those?

I found the stream I was looking for. Telynn is the designer but she is not able to design right now. She will be back in June once she gets her computer fixed. Here is the stream...
