Don't let the long lines stop you! They pack a LOT of people in there. We love that show. It is so cute!

thanks disneymama73...dd is 12 now so I guess we kinda missed the age thing on those shows...that's what I had pretty much guessed..

In 14 trips we have just missed a few things...we try to try a few things we have missed each trip.

Last Sept it was the Circle of Life Show in The Land...

We have missed at AK

Lion King Show
Pocohantas Show
Tarzan Rocks

At MK we have missed the Aladdin new ride, but we do not have kids with us anymore.

Not counting shows:

Magic Kingdom: Jungle Cruise, Swiss Family Robbinson, Timekeeper, Mickey's Grand Prix, Hall of Presidents, Tom Sawyer Island.

Epcot: All except for Test Track, Space Ship Earth, The one in Mexico, Mealstrom.

Anmal Kingdom: All except Kilomajaro Safari, Dinasour, It's Tough To Be A Bug, Kali River Rapids.

MGM: Backstage Studio Tour and Honey I Shrunk The Kids play area.

I'm the nut who sat down at lunch the other day and made a list of the things I'd never been on or haven't been on since my first two trips (84 and 97).

Even with going twice (last year 4 times) a year, there's a few things I haven't done, but will in three weeks, so that I can say I have done them all!

Haven't done:
Beauty and the Beast Live (and Belle is my favorite princess!)
Tarzan Rocks
Pocahontas and her Forest Friends
Flights of Wonder
Mickey's Jammin Jungle Parade
Spectromagic (!!)

There were a lot of firsts the last trip, though, so that list finally is manageable. The other part of my list was "I cannot leave WDW without doing these things!' that get done every trip.

If you haven't seen Illuminations, go! I was given a tape of the music by a coworker before my twice a year trips started. Now I go to it at least twice each trip. DH and I end up pushing our strollers back to the main entrance afterwards, singing along with the rest of the music. This next trip, I'm going with a coworker and I'm hoping that someone will share their illuminations cruise with us!

MK: COP (saw it as a child in DL before it was converted to America Sings)

MGM: Animation Studios

Epcot: Making of Me and Food Rocks

AK: Forgot what is was called, the walk to see the tigers

I see Astro Orbitor listed by many as never having ridden. I did this ride in Nov. '02, only because it was opened for E-Ride night. Although it is very appealing at nightime because of the pretty lights, its a rather lame ride. Also, it was FREEZING way up there at nite in November. Once was enough ::yes::

MK-that Goofy Jamboree thing
AK-Pocahontas show
MGM-Playhouse Disney show

Doesn't seem like I've missed much, LOL! :teeth:

I don't think there is an attraction, one that's been there for years, that I haven't seen. However, I've never seen La Nouba. I keep meaning to, but I don't.

I've racked my brain and I can't think of a single attraction we haven't done. Maybe if I stretch it a little I can think of one...the little boats you can play with outside jungle cruise.

I've been to WDW around 100 times. I've had the good fortune of visiting just about every attraction that's been there.

However, there were a few years that I did not make any trips and a few things came and left without me getting a chance to see them. I don't recall seeing the Dick Tracey show, for one. I never saw the Jungle Book show. It was already replaced by Tarzan when we first visited AK in 1999. I didn't see the Goosebumps (although not a big attraction.) I'm sure I must have missed at least one version of the film in Circlevision - one of the remakes of America the Beautiful or Magic Carpet 'Round the World. Perhaps I missed one version of If You Had Wings/Dreamflight/Take Flight.

But, there is one long-standing attraction that I never took the time to go in and see (and now it seems I might not have a chance) and that is "The Making of Me."

I highly recommend the Lion King show at AK. My DD and I didn't care for Tarzan Rocks.

I really want my DD (11) to see Illuminations this time we go. I know she would love it. She's older now and she can handle the early mornings and later evenings as well on a couple days. I saw it and loved it. She and I are probably not the norm. We don't care for the rides especially the biggies all that much so we hit the shows. She would like to see Flights of Wonder this time too and visit Tom Sawyer's island.

The one thing the family won't miss is Fantasmic! We just love that show. Just too darn cool.
