If I am understanding your question, the private meet/greet is supposed to be held inside the Concierge lounge. If you look on deck maps, it is in the center of Deck 12, above the spa.

There is also a private concierge deck, that's usually where they hold the character m&G assuming rain isn't an issue

That's a nice perk. Do you know when they added it? There wasn't a separate area when we were on the Magic last year.

I was referring to the private meet & greets on the Fantasy, as those are the one I have personal knowledge. The have met in the concierge lounge on Deck 12, and also on the concierge sundeck which is on Deck 13 just above the lounge.
