impromptu trip and FP+

we just decided to make a trip the weekend of feb 5th. if i buy passes from disney will i be able to link them right away or wait until i receive them in mail. i was thinking of using UT as i have in the past but must i wait to get these passes then link them. TIA i want to make my FP as soon as possible since i am already at 60 days. staying onsite

You can have UT email you passes (e-passes?), then you just link them in MDE.

Yes, if you buy from Disney while logged into MDE they will automatically link to your account and you can book FP+ immediately.
