Impromptu tea party in Epcot?

While doing some surfing, I came across a site (I don't recall where), where it was mentioned that in the UK of Epcot, Alice and Mary Poppins hold an impromptu tea party... anyone know anything about this?

(PS and yes I know about the Princess/GF tea party and I don't think this was it, it said specifically in the UK Pavillion and by Alice and Mary Poppins )

I'd love to know too. It would be wonderful. My 2 YO DD is too young for the other tea parties and so we can't participate as I won't send my 5 YO DD without her.

I went to allearsnet.com, but could only find info previously left on site through their "search" I hope this is the case, because my little "princess" would love this opportunity!!
