We stayed at the poly earlier this month as part of our land/sea
package and really loved it. I had never stayed onsite at a disney resort. WE had 3 rooms between us, my parent, and
my brother's family. they were all connected and that was great.
Anyway, we had so much stuff since we drove down. Of course
when you come home you sometimes find things are missing.
I still could not find some buzz lightyear sandals I had bought
my DS and just figured I left them there and since they only
cost about 12$ , it was my carelessness.
Well we get a postcard from the poly asking to call them
about our item in lost and found. I called this morning and they
have the sandals and they are shipping them out for us.
I guess I never had a hotel or place that I stayed at before
do this. That is what I call customer service.
