Impressed with cast member on the phone

I was really impressed with the cast member I spoke with today on the phone. I was cancelling a cruise that I had booked with a OBB. I know on here people mention a lot if you’re adjusting an OBB to make sure you never use the word cancel. But when I told her I wanted to cancel she mentioned how I would lose all my perks and reminded me a couple more times before it was fully cancelled. I really appreciated that in case I hadn’t realized I’d lose everything from my OBB.
