Impressed with BW Concierge

Hi all,

I just wanted to report that we just booked our concierge room at the BW las week. We will be arriving in November.

Last night I emailed the concierge a question about how we find out which medical conferences will be on site around our stay (my brother who is meeting us needs to go to one). I received a prompt reply.

Then, tonight, I arrived home to my mail, and it contained a letter from the BW concierge as well as the pre-vacation planning form. I am very pleased with the prompt service so far. I hope this is a good omen!!!

You will love the cast at the BW concierge. I was there in March for my annual girls only trip and we were treated like we were the only guests there. I have to say, everyone guest was treated in the same manner. I have stayed at both YC and BC concierge and the cast at the BW far exceeds them! I have booked my family trip for October and we have 3 rooms at the BW concierge. I callled down there the other night to let Jackie, a CM, know i was coming back and our girls trip will also be there again next March. Jackie, Dan and Eric are the cast I had most of my dealings with, but everyone else was just as wonderful. Have fun and enjoy. Any questions please ask me.
