IMPORTANT QUESTION! Did they change the Matterhorn Macaroon Recipe?

I went to Jolly Holiday bakery today for one of my favorite snacks, the Matterhorn Macaroon! Once I bit into it, I noticed that something was off. There didn't seem to be as much coconut as usual, the cookie seemed to be harder and much denser. To be honest, I was a little disappointed. Has anyone else tried them within the past week and noticed them to be off? Or was it just a batch that was not as good?
 
Well it is my understanding that there is a shortage of coconuts. As a result recipes clean around the world, be that Disney or in Fiji, has taken a hit. As a result, less if any coconut will one be able to indulge in. Unless you can afford the sky rocketed prices on Ebay or on the deep web. So good luck. Maybe try two cookies, that way when you add less coconut from the one cookie and add it to the other macaroon, then you will have the right amount of flavor.
