For those of you who watch what you eat...here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all
those conflicting medical studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks
than the Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks
than the Americans.

3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart
attacks than the Americans

4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer
fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and
fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is
apparently what kills you.
 
That's good news for a lot of people -- those for whom English isn't really their first language (despite the repeated attempts by people to teach them). ;)

The heart attacks are not caused by what we eat - but by our life style:

US

40++ hour work week - 2-4 weeks vacation a year (maybe) - 6-8 holidays per year

EU

32 hour work week - 6+ weeks vacation a year - 18 holidays per year

So - flights to Paris anyone??
 
And, I believe I heard that if the Japanese move to America, then they run the same health problems as Americans.
