Hello OpenTopic™ Users

We have a firm time for the upgrade of OpenTopic™ software to Oracle 8.17.

Thursday March 15, 9 PM PST

The upgrade will require shutting down the OpenTopic™ databases during this
time. No data will be lost but the service will be unavailable while the
upgrade is performed.

The OpenTopic™ operations team and DBA's will supervise the process in order
to ensure minimal downtime for you.
