This should give everyone a heads-up, as reported in my hometown paper the Miami Herald:

"Busch Gardens closed its Tampa-area parks today; all Disney World parks near Orlando were closed for the day or will close at 1 p.m.

Despite the closures, Disney hotels were bustling -- filled with evacuees from Tampa Bay, according to a spokeswoman."

Tornado warnings were just issued all over the area around WDW.

Charlie is now a catetgory 4 storm. We went through Andrew (also a 4). We did not get the eye, but still had no power for three days (yes, in Fl in august), could not use the water, and had limited phone (I think). It was a MESS!!!!

Pixie dust for Tampa!!!!!

Susy, if it makes you feel any better, the hurricane center later said that Andrew was actually a catergory 5, even though it was still "officially" classified as 4 when it made landfall. The center just recently upgraded Charley to 4, even though local forecasters had been telling us that for almost 2 hours now.
