Immediate help needed! Computer/Printer related

I need to print out these restaurant.com certificates to take to Orlando in the morning......


I have a MacBook computer and a Canon MP560 wireless printer.

I tried to print a couple weeks ago and it said it had low ink and wouldn't print.

I have replaced the ink cartridges now and the printer is reading full ink capacity.

The printer says last update was 2 weeks ago and WILL NOT UPDATE with new ink levels and therefore won't print.

I have shut everything off and rebooted and it still reads "last update 9/20/10" but there is no way to update it, or at least I am not seeing it.

I have GOT to get these things printed off!

not the kind of help you are probably looking for but can you email them to a neighbor and have them print for you? Or go to the library and get in your email and print there? I have no clue how to fix things so this is what i'd do. Good luck

Yeah, probably won't help at this point.

Not sure I would feel comfortable imposing on a neighbor tonight.....nearest library is 25 min each way.

Maybe the condo once we get there will have a business center, not sure.

Is there some sort of reset button? Sometimes holding this down for 5-10 seconds will reset things.

Ok, I got it.

I had already reset several times. For SOME ODD reason the wi-fi was off.....maybe I pushed the wrong button, but I finally realized the wi-fi was off.
