We were all still half full from alllll the eating at the Grill and on the Grand I last night! LOL so again, we just got some things from the concierge area for breakfast - just a little though, as we planned on grabbing something to eat at Epcot once we got a few things done.

It wasn't at all crowded when we arrived at opening, and unbelievably, there was NO line at all in the single riders line for TT!! We did it twice! LOL I couldn't believe it! We pretty much always use this line ... but there's normally SOME wait.. not today though! I can't believe people don't take advantage of this more often - the regular stand by line was about 45 min long!

After the rides, we went through Innoventions .. maybe THAT'S where everyone was who wasn't on the rides, because I could not even get close to a machine to send email postcards! LOL In fact, the ENTIRE trip .. at ANY of the email kiosks, could I send a card! People can be VERY inconsiderate when it comes to that -- there should be some sort of rule about sending just one or two cards before you have to go get in line again -- people were sending multiple, multiple cards!!

After a quickie breakfast at the Electric Umbrella, we took our first pass through Mouse Gear -- I do love this store, but *don't* love how crowded it always seems to be, even when the rest of the park is not! LOL We played around in Futureworld for quite a while .. "got" Melissa with the ol' Beverly trick! LOL I can't believe she did not remember this from past trips! We did the Living Seas too (yawn! LOL we've got such a good aquarium here in Balto. that I usually skip this, but the kids wanted to see it again so we did it....) We also did HISTA, and JIYI -- that is just so darned cute!! and it was NOT at all crowded!! SE was one of the few things in FW that WAS crowded, so we skipped it this time.

After lunch at the Coral Reef, it was time to move on to WS! Much as I DO like FW, WS is my favorite. We ducked into Mexico first -- again, after so many times of visiting WDW, there are just certain "patterns" that one gets used to! LOL The ride there was REALLY crowded, and no one wanted to wait since we've all done it so many times - I DO love it, have plenty of great trip memories of it, but .. I STILL didn't wanna wait for it! LOL So we just shopped around and headed outside. The weather was looking dim - no surprise in FL in July! LOL but nevertheless, I didn't want to get caught in it! LOL so we hurried along a bit. We lingered in Morocco, though I JUST missed "Morockin'" (sp? the band there) by a few minutes ::sniff:: Our timing was good for a little more shopping though, because it started to drizzle a little. Of course, the Disney rain jackets we'd bought last year .. were back in the room! LOL so we broke down and bought ponchos, and continued on.

By the time we got around to France, all of us were rather wet, still hot, tired and hungry! LOL so what better way to "seek shelter" than a glass of wine and some fruit and cheese and pastries in France! ;) We nabbed a table inside, and were treated to a "Living Statue" show too! No matter how many times I see that, I am STILL amazed - there is no way *I* could stand still like that! LOL

When we were finished eating, it was just about time for the movie there to start, so we filed in for that. Afterwards, as we were browsing the gift shops, Evan was actually entertaining some of the CM's with a magic trick he'd bought in China! LOL He can be *quite* the performer and comedian!

It stopped raining briefly as we backtracked over to Japan for our dinner at Teppanyaki. Of course, when we came out ... it was raining again! I don't think there's ever been a time when we've had a meal there that we didn't come out to find a downpour! LOL TOD and Illuminations had both been cancelled due to the rain, so we decided to just call it a day and head back to the Grand. It had been a long day anyway, and we were all pretty beat. Room service coffee and a nice dry robe, sitting on the balcony sounded like *just* the thing to do that night!

Next up ... Day 4, and the monorail dinner!!

Sounds like a great Epcot day! Surprised to hear about lines at El Rio de Tiempo...It's always been a walk-on for me.
