I would start an education board. There are so many intelligent helpful people that either teach, parent or homeschool and it would be nice to have a place to share that didn't have a high turnover rate for threads.

'non disney cruising'-allot of dis'ers have been on other lines and have great info to share (esp. as to how they compare vs. being on a disney cruise). since i'm not fond of the format or 'tone' of other cruise boards i'de like to see one dedicated here.

'attack of the killer threads'-when a thread hits a certain number of posts move it over there. the reason being (and i have no idea if this is technicaly right but...) sometimes when several of the 'killer threads' are all getting hits the community board slooooooooows way down, while the other boards are moving at great speed. so i'm thinking that if those threads were moved it might make a difference?

and last but not least-

'tag fairy board'-then there is one place where those who wish to ask/implore/beg-grovel the 'tag fairy' (or bemoan never being noticed by) could post.

I used to always think a duke it out board was a good idea for the DIS. Like a place for people who want to snipe back and forth could go and leave the rest of us out of it.

But then again, I had some crummy ideas when I was important here, and probably am not the person to consult on this subject.

JunieJay I was going to say something similar.

After some of the post I've seen in the past few days, I think a board dedicated to those who believe their opinion and ONLY their opinion is worthy, along with those who think they can do (or write) no wrong would be perfect! It could be where the high and mighty go to feel superior and talk about how great they are.

If I were important, I would want to bring back the debate forum. But I suppose there were reasons for ending it.

I would like to have a board where people who practice their faith-whatever faith it is-could go and talk about it with NO BASHING ALLOWED. I would love to learn about other religions and I think other people would too, if it were done in a safe enviroment. I suppose we could do this as a thread, but I don't know how well the NO BASHING ALLOWED things work.
