The Imagination Movers are coming on tour in 2011! :woohoo: I think my husband and I are more excited about it than my 3yo.

Anyone else going?

We went last year when my son was 3 and he LOVED it. We always go to the Mickey or Nick Jr Live shows but this one was so interactive and he just loved it. Dancing the whole time. He actually saw the commericials for the new tour and asked to go. I'll have to see if they are coming here locally.

I'm like you and enjoy these things just as much as my kids.

We had so much fun at the last concert that we got the family tickets for Christmas to their next tour. It won't be until March here in PA, but we are looking forward to it!

Great show!

we have tix for late feb in los angeles! we saw yo gabba a few weeks ago, it was fantastic! The bar is set really high now.

We are!!! My kids are actually getting the tics as one of their presents from Santa. I can't wait to see their faces, they will be so excited.

As for the pp who mentioned $50 a head. Dang, that is expensive. Are you sure there weren't any less expensive tickets you could go with? Ours our like $20ish a head. They aren't front row seats or anything, but they are still fairly decent (near the front up in the balcony).

I want to go so bad but the closest they are coming is 2 hours away and Ds will only just be 2 and I don't think he would be able to make it through the whole concert even thou he loves the show.

Not sure if Rich does this for every show but if you can get an aisle seat, try.

Rich ran around dancing and singing, greeting kids. We we're up in the balc. too and he came up. Of course he can't get to the middle but he went up and down every aisle for our show.

We really wanted to go when they came back around, but they will be in our area when we are in Disney. I'm sure being in DW will make up for missing the Imagination Movers;)

HEY! What's the big idea!!?!

We're going in April- we're surprising our DS, who is a HUGE fan!

I'm so happy to see so many replies!

I love to read this! Looks like we'll enjoy it more than I imagined.

We wanted to go, but $50 a head... ouch!
You don't even want to know what I paid for the privilege of seeing them backstage. My husband had a cow when he heard.

Very cool!!! My son would love that.

Can't you move your Disney date? Just kidding. ;)

My son is three and when I told him we were going, he didn't react much. I don't think he quite gets it yet. Oh well.

My husband is pretty excited, however. He has the hots for Nina. She's joining the tour this time.

They were VERY excited! Now we just have to wait until March for the show!

We're moving to PA soon and hope to get tix up there for it. My kids will love it!
Hope you make it. Sounds like they put on a great show.

I'm glad they liked the gift! I know...March is such a long way off. We see them March 27 in Detroit.

I saw that the little movers package- w/ backstage access was over $100 a ticket!!!! OUCH! It's not like they can go alone! The lowest prices at our venue was $27. It's hard when you have a family of 5, and you don't want to leave anyone at home.

We saw them last year and had the BEST time!!!! We got tickets for the upcoming tour and was able to get 3rd row seats!!! I think I am more excited about it than my son :lmao:

Wow, the family board moves fast around here. I found this thread on page 3.

I know...heh heh...like...who would pay THAT just to meet them?
:rolleyes1

We are definitely more excited than my son. Any chance of passing this off as doing it for him are over.

I bet they're glad they're not teachers, fire fighters and such anymore! That is some serious cash!!

AND Ticketmaster says their show's only an hour. Think how much they're pulling in per show! Most likely close to $100K a show! I want THAT job!

That's a bit disappointing. Maybe that's how long most preschoolers' attention span can last.
