Imaginarium Grandview Dollhouse

Anyone have this dollhouse? I'm trying to decide between this one and that I saw in Costco for my niece for Christmas. I really think I like this one and the only bad reveiws are about the furniture, not the house.

My dd got this doll house a year ago for her 9th birthday. It really is a great house. My complaints with furniture are- doors on fridge come off alot and outdoor table needs a glue gun to fix it. The house is BIG! The outdoor 3 story story part is not attachedand can be put on either side. DD loves it and so do all her friends. The house is sturdy and has been moved around the playroom a few times- gently!

Dh assembled it in an afternoon. I started to but was stressed by the amount of parts!

I went ahead and ordered it from Toys R Us. They had free shipping so I figured now was a good time to buy. I told SIL that she needs to keep it hidden in the garage until Christmas and she was okay with that. My brother will put it together, so I don't need to worry about that. My niece has a huge playroom, so space isn't really an issue.

We got ours with free shipping last year. The box is huge and very heavy. We had to open it in the garage and carry the parts upstairs to the playroom! Your niece will love it! My DD is getting several sets of Barbie furniture for Christmas this year to replace and add to the furniture that came with it.
