We purchased the photo package for our EBTA cruise that was scheduled for the 11th. has anyone seen any refunds from them? I have reached out to them and have heard nothing.

Last I read, they've closed up during the shutdown. No replies/refunds to anyone.

I contacted them right after our March 14 cancellation. At the time, I got an email saying it might be a couple of billing cycles, but that's all. Now, there are no answers. I don't know if they're closed for the virus (can't you answer emails, at least? Even just send out an auto email?). So I submitted for a chargeback of my purchase to my credit card issuer.
