thank you! Tom got a bit dizzy when they walked him this morning. They will take him again. He does expect to come home today.

Today we are fixing our toilet seat! How did we forget about doing that ahead of time?

Tom is in more pain than with his lung! He slept well on a recliner. He’s reading about his exercises now, and starting to do them.

He has only taken 1 pain medicine at a time every 7-8 hours. The directions are 1-2 every 6 hours. I did remind him that they say to stay ahead of the pain.

What's he taking. I remember when I had a major surgery....hated the pain med and just took ibuprofen.

What I took my my head feel "cottony" and I didn't like it, so went with OTC

Yes he is oxycodone.
He says the pain is worse as he stands, once he’s up things are manageable. He’s walking around house a bit more.

Strange.....I just deleted my ticker for the trip we leave on Sunday because it was stuck at 8 days, but on my signature page, it showed the right amount of days.

He’s sleeping right now. He gets around the first floor of our house with the walker. We have a small house.

So frustrated with this cruise.
Got an excursion cancelled yesterday and another today!! And of course, there isn't much left this close to sailing.
They had already changed the itinerary some.

I hope he feels better soon.
When I had surgery they put me on Oxy also, all it made me do was feel like throwing up and sleeping.
I could not figure out how people get hooked on something that makes them feel that bad.

on my inside passage back in May, the excursions were being canceled up until the night before and nothing was open to take, it was very frustrating. The people are just not there for the work.
