I'm.........

I just cancelled our summer British Isles cruise :(
Princess was not cooperative in fixing our unacceptable air times......that they had changed.
Our TA and us were so frustrated with them, we just cancelled and will look for something else.
I learned I will need an MRI to find out what’s wrong with my shoulder. An operation of some kind will be needed. Hopefully I will get a date tomorrow for the MRI.

Hugs to you both :grouphug:

I’m eating a pepper & egg sandwich from a local takeout restaurant.
The place is known for its Italian Beef, and the owner decided to make this pepper & egg sandwich for Lent. It’s sooooo….good. Scrambled eggs, with the cooked green peppers he uses for his beef sandwiches, mozzarella cheese on garlic bread. I look forward to it every year :goodvibes

Well, MRI scheduled after I come home from Gals meet in HHI. Follow up appointment will be after Tom and I come home from Easter vacation. Then I have two and a half months to hopefully get these health issues straightened out. Facial skin cancer, shoulder operation/ replacement.

Sending lots of hugs  and PD your way:wizard:

I see an orthopedic doctor on Tuesday, but so far my therapist does see improvement.....
...not me, kiddo...:sad2: My last platelet count from Thursday was down to 9,000! My doctor doubled me up on prednisone, so now I'm up to 40 Mg's again. Plus, I've now started the Promacta...this nightmare just doesn't end....

I'm waiting for DGS to come. He is spending the next 2 nights here. DIL is out of town and DGS is the early riser in the house, so I get him!! :rotfl:

DS, DGD, DGS and DD came for lunch and then they left again.
DS will bring DGS over by dinner and then he and DGD are having horror movie night.

I’m heading to work in a few minutes and then cleaning house today - not very exciting for a Saturday. It’s cold here, so I may as well take advantage of that and clean house.

I had both kids last night. Their parents went to an evening wedding an hour away.
DD is picking them up and taking them to an Easter Festival in the town she lives in. DH has a meeting, so I get a few hours of free time :yay:

We got our first 90 degree day yesterday. Expected today and tomorrow too and then it will drop back down for the next week

I'm...eating a homemade egg and sausage sandwich and drinking my coffee.

DH has a Lodge thing this morning, so I may take advantage of the empty house to mop the kitchen floor while nobody will walk on it. - Glamorous, I know.

It's not quite 5 am here, so just sitting here, playing my daily games and reading the Dis, waiting for kids to get up.
DGS is not up yet!! :yay:

We watched Turning Red last night. DGD liked it, DGS kept changing his mind about it and leaving to go to other things

I’m sorry to read this.
Yesterday I had something removed from my eyelid. The procedure took about 35 minutes and I think the hardest part was when I felt thread falling on my cheek. It meant the doctor was sewing up the wound on my eyelid. Something I hope I never have to go through again.
Today I have podiatrist appointment and then PT.

hugs, Bobbi.
I remember when I had oral surgery and the stitches started disintegrating, I could feel them hanging down from the top of my mouth......a very annoying feeling.

We had a really loud thunderstorm last night with lots of rain. I didn't get much sleep......rain is soothing, but not thunder.
