KIds baking day, but they aren't baking today. Just doing the prep
DGD is making sugar cookie dough, taking it home with her and then on Friday they will roll, cut and decorate for Valentine's Day.

Good morning!

My new elliptical is coming this morning - I’m so excited
My old one is about 10yrs old and is loud and doesn’t run smooth. I definitely got my money’s worth out of it. This new one has modern features and is quiet - my ears are thanking me since I have to turn the volume up on my iPad (earbuds) to hear the TV show I’m watching on Hulu.

Later today I have to go pick up all the baby items I ordered at Target and get some more items. I was going to put these items in an Easter basket but I decided to put them in a plastic wash basin for DD to wash all her tethers, toys, bottles and etc in. This is what I did because the thought of putting baby things in the same sink as dirty dishes and food made me want to . I told DD to get one, but I know she didn’t. I’ll get an Easter basket for grandbaby next year.

Recovering from gallbladder removal surgery yesterday. It’s also an ice day here in the south so all 4 kids are home to assist me while DH works.

...making a garage sale list off craigslist....this weekend couild be peak shopping....shopped till noon last weekend...found stuff. "what is that doing in Yuma"....lauglin was great, found little limpet shells on the shore and did a national geographic special on how mallards steal food from coots......8 donkeys at one time in Oatman.....sea of cortez sent beautiful clouds for sunset home.......andd many folks have never heard of Gas Buddy web site on best prices....brother in law spent 40 cents more in Quartsite, when he had plenty of gas to make it to Bullhead city for 1.87...he is so bullheaded !!!!....and oh yea, Laughlin is ghosttown.....we were upgraded to river view....$30.00 for $120.00 room....so empty...there was not waiting on in and out burgers. Merriweather will understand that burger jackpot!!!!!

It’s gonna be a super cold weekend by me - the Chicago news is saying we may have the coldest Valentines Day ever . I’m ready for this winter to be over.

Stephanie had an ultrasound yesterday and the baby is doing well and is approximately 4lbs 3oz

OH my they are still waiting in long lines in Salem, Oregon....but to be hontest...I don't visit the Yuma offering.....it was more of an roadside attraction in Laughlin...so we ventured forth.
