Still in a heat alert here. But the power hasn't gone out, so grateful with have AC

I'm still waiting for my car to come home from the shop. I think it has become a low priority since it is a warranty fix. At least they gave me a rental to use and it is great.....loaded with all kinds of things

I'm.......upset because I forgot to put out the trash last night for this morning's pick-up.....now, when my DH comes back home from upstate, I'll have to hear his jabbering.....BTW, it wasn't raining here last night - it was POURING!
