I told DH a similar thing the other day. We could pick up granite or quartz pieces for the two bathrooms that need it. The kitchen is far too big to find enough pieces easily. The counter continues behind me in a big "C" shape.

Thank you! We like it too; only a problem when kitchen noise drifts over to the family room but we have had open kitchen/living space for many years.

I'm sitting in an empty classroom in my Senior Teacher's Aide Class and the teacher I assist doesn't have anything for me to do so I am sitting here bored and on my phone. Graduation can't come soon enough.

We leave for our next big trip, May 9.
Meanwhile, we wait for Gus's trainer to say he's ready to come home. He is saying "by Tuesday!"

Yay for Gus.
We have Apr. 30 to DLR (DH and me) and then June 4 to DLR (me, DD and DGD.....can't wait).
The rest of the summer is pretty free other than a short trip mid Aug to the mountains.

Hope to get a lot done I have been putting off and more time with the grandkids. Taking DGD to the summer movie time for kids for 10 weeks this summer (once a week)

I'm trying to get a lot of packing done today.

We have had snow off and on all morning it melted mostly though. Now it's gray again and really snowing. Glad we got out and did our errands early.
