I mailed all the gifts back east yesterday. $100+ to send three boxes via UPS!!!! The tree is done and house is about 50% decorated.

I'm finally getting present wrapped. A free weekend at last! Not another one until Feb!!

I'm in Boston this week. It snowed last night- which is a nice change every now and then, but I do prefer Phoenix winters!

I'm tired. I did get a break from driving DS today. DDIL took the day off. Back to it tomorrow

Sounds like all this is wearing you down a bit Nancy! Your family is lucky to have you available to help out so much! Hope they show their gratitude once in awhile.

I'm done decorating the house and just have a few presents for the three of us to wrap later.

We're in a lull before all the last minute tasks for our trip back east; enjoying the quiet time before all the stress of holiday travel.

Just lots of running around I have a lot of appts. the next 2 weeks too. Car, dentist (maybe 2), doctor, lab work.
I will survive.

Can't get onto the dvcmember website on my laptop....that is a worry. I need to book a trip while we are on vacation.

I read somewhere yesterday that others were having trouble with the DVC member site also. Maybe it's not you but the typical Disney level of tech incompetence.............

I can access it on my desktop, just not my laptop.....and since I can't take my desktop with me, I need to get it figured out.
I don't understand why Disney has so many issues on all their websites.
I will probably just have to find time to call and see if they can fix it......otherwise I will have to call on a park day when we arrive and they don't open until 9, so that is no fun. Losing park time that way.

I'm on a plane, flying back from Boston. About a 6 hour flight. I've watched almost every movie on the American Airlines entertainment site, so am giving The Big Bang Theory a try. Could be a good show, but the laugh track is irritating me. Or, is that really a studio audience?

It probably has something to do with what they call "authorized websites" on your laptop. Is your laptop an Apple or a PC? Did the problem start recently?

I used to resolve problems like this in my last job with PCs. If you want I can send you a few steps to try on a PC.

You can also try just googling the problem. I really hate to deal with Disney especially about tech problems.

Today is a very sad day... we are waiting to euthanize Belle. She has developed seizures and her arthritis has flared up and there have been times she has been unable to get up for hours at a time.

I am sorry Bobbi, that is what happened to ours last year. I was so heart broken.

Oh bobbi; I'm so sorry! What a difficult and sad time for you. The only consolation is that you have given her a wonderful and loving life; it helped me whenever we had to say goodbye to our furbabies to rememeber that animals don't think of time as we do; they always live in the present.....

Hi all...thank you!! Belle is in my heart forever....now we are dealing with Mom and brother-in-law both in Hospice.

I'm frazzled. DH had surgery to take care of a cut finger Broke his own rule to not work in the shop for a week before a vacation.
Trying to get Christmas decoration down before we leave for WDW next Monday. Now I have to do his parts too.
Have DGD for 3 of those days, so no doing that while she is here.
Still driving DS to work.....doctor Friday....hoping he gets the release to drive.
And don't even have a suitcase out yet. Not like me.
