What kind of fish did you put in your pond?

I'm happy to be home and relaxing.

I just buy "feeder fish" basically small comet goldfish that are sold as food for things like snakes. I've had some live for longer than 8 years. A year ago, something happened to my pond, I lost all fish. With my knees replacement last year, and trying to sell our house, we never got around to working on the pond. Today the first water lilies bloomed, I decided it was an omen!

Oh i love ponds. Goldfish are fun to watch. Some can get big.

We had a pond back in Alabama, and we bought the $0.25 goldfish from Walmart, and they turned in about 15" long fish. Some even changed colors, turning white, and gold, and spotted with black.

We had goldfish I won at a carnival......8 of them. They even moved from CA to WA with us.

I just got back from the lazy river. Relaxing. You can see part of it in this view

First day is over, the fish are fine....I think it will work out!

I've had my pond since 1995. It is so relaxing to sit and watch fishing!

We had a pond in WA but never put fish in it. Had a lot of frogs though.

I'm in Burlington, Colorado tonight and heading out to the house early in the AM to meet the movers. Lots of rain on the trip out but I-70 was never busy!

We're exhausted after nights in Wheeling, WV and Columbia, MO and anxious to see the house! Painters won't finish before we move in but we cannot wait!

Probably won't be back online until Comcast comes to set us up on Wednesday.
