So-so, I am so stuffed up today. Thank you for asking! I appreciate it! I know how you feel about your DH's office, I feel that way about our garage. I have to walk through there to leave and come home….

I have sinusitus , so I am clogged up most of the time…close the door and never look back...

DH has that. He uses a saline wash every morning and night. Has helped a lot. He hasn't had a sinus infection in years. Used to be all the time.

I just need to get him to remember to close the door! He isn't very good about that.

Hi Nancy and jo,

We are still in Colorado Springs trying to finalize the paperwork on our house, planning on accompanying the inspection guy tomorrow and fly home the next day.

Long story short, we fell in love with two different houses, ran into obnoxious sellers on the first house who wanted to counter offer and dispute every single thing on a well priced slightly small house we loved so our agent suggested we place a low ball offer on the other house we liked. We were the first offers on both houses.

It worked!!!!! The second house sellers are out of state and anxious to sell, very willing to work with us.

AND the second house is an ever better version of the house we had to back out of due to inspection issues! It's in a different neighborhood, a bigger development but the plan is everything we wanted and more space!

Our agents even switched many things around to get the inspection done before we fly home, they wanted to help us get a home we liked!

We plan to fly back in May to settle and then drive back out with the cars.

Hopefully everything will work out!
