I hope it goes fast for you! To bad they can't speed up the inspections for you. The home next door went to the due to it being a reverse mortgage. It supposedly sold, but it seems like it has been about 6 months since the lady told us she bought it. I hope to get better soon. Thank you Kathy. Oh and wonderful a 3 car garage, I would love it, at the house would not feel so over crowded...

Here's the current plan:
And this is the house in "the Springs" as they call it and here is a link to a quick tour of some of the house:
- We're renting our own house back for 2 months (at almost 2x what our PI was - Yikes! - but we have to pay what their PITI is)
- Hopefully we will have the movers packing us around May 25th and starting their 6 - 8 day drive out.
- We will leave around the same time and drive out for 3 days with 2 cars and my sister and nephew going with us to help (Yippee!) and stay in a hotel while we do the walk-throughs etc.
- Settlement in Colorado Springs is tentatively set for May 31st.
