I haven’t seen anything about the Universal opening. I really do hope things are settled a bit for September.

I just got word that a friend would prefer not to go to WDW in December for our Gals trip. She worries about germs and less offerings in the parks. I totally understand. However, I do expect to go.

Another friend, this one has definite immune deficiencies, has decided not to go as well. So, I have downsided from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. This is for December.

We're both high risk and I am ready to go!! Being patient and waiting for our Dec. ressie.
I rebooked the cancelled one from May to March and also booked Disneyland for April. Will add more when I can.

Had a wonderful FT with our Houston family. They miss us, we miss them, and DS’s Company is being very hardcore about people coming to work. Two have tested positive out of the 100 working now, but top people says everybody should be coming in. DS had a conference with one of the positive cases, he’s OK, but it hasn’t been two weeks yet. It seems a tough guy attitude is prevalent.

I applaud that philosophy! Good for you. DS is looking at this attitude and feeling people aren’t being valued. The company seemed to have a different philosophy when Hurricane Harvey hit the area. Yet, it’s the same owner.

We have had a beautiful day! I agreed to make potato pancakes for us all, and my sister just brought over peeled and cut up potatoes! That makes it easy!

We just changed our January cruise of 7 nights to February 4 nights.

We, for a change, have nothing in January. First year in a long time I will be home for my birthday.
Hopefully we leave Feb. 2 for our river cruise. Not paid for yet. I need to check on that.

We do go to WDW for NYE. We enjoy VB in January, and decided to go there. i did not want to go to Mexico, so an add on to the festival of the arts in February seems like a good thing.

It should be fun.....we'll see how festivals are going to be different.

I love snorkeling in Cozumel, that was the best ever!
I am getting a lobster roll from a local place today. That’s my special thing. DH is buying lunch meat For himself.
