....same thing happened when we checked into the Poly on Christmas Eve....we landed around 9:15 at night, but didn't get our luggage till almost 2AM!!!

That happened to us once. We landed at 5:30, DH got his on time, but mine didn't come until 2am.
Call them, Bobbi and they can track it with your luggage tag receipt

....yes, but we were EXHAUSTED! We got it early Christmas morning and we had planned to get up to arrive at Epcot on Christmas Day at a decent time....we felt it's effects by 8PM Christmas night [we wound up leaving not-too-long after the Candlelight Processional and didn't stay for the fireworks...

....weird thing is, when I called, I somehow got connected [I didn't know it at the time] to the GF! They said our luggage wasn't there - no kidding, we were at the Poly!

LOL......I can't remember who we called. I think it was ME and they can track by the luggage tag you get at the airport.
They tracked it down and then it arrived, late, but it did arrive
