Im trying to do fast passes for an upcoming trip, however, I dont see

my 2 babies who are under 3. Im guessing that since they ar enot paying for a ticket, then I wont be able to make fps for them, but Im wondering if

a. thats correct or if its a glitch in the fp system
b. will they be able to ride even if they dont have the fps the rest of the family has on their mbs?

B is correct. Under 3 does not need a fastpass.

The babies will receive MagicBands to wear but they are for "show" only. No need to scan them anywhere.

Yup. Just for show. But do work as room key and memory maker. My 2 year old loved being the one to scan after pics in park.
