Hello, everyone!

DH and I just scheduled a short trip to WDW, and I am very, VERY excited. We've been to Disney a bunch of times, and always like to focus on things that we haven't done before. Trader Sam's is the only thing on our must-do list, but there are lots of "new" things that we're mulling over. Two questions here: 1: on the list below, what would you do or pass on (and why), and 2: any things that are relatively new to the park that two adults should definitely see?

1) New skipper's restaurant in Adventureland

2) Sake bar at Japan

3) Dinner at Le Cellier

4) Try school bread from Norway

5) Wine cellar in Epcot

6) Morimoto Asia (LOVE Morimoto's in NYC)

7) Jock's Hangar Bar

8) Yachtsman Steak House

9) Canada "movie"

Nice list. Good choice on Trader Sam's Grog Grotto... it's Tiki-bar cool...

I'd pass on Le Cellier -- reviews haven't been all that good lately, and if I'm dying for a good steak, I'll try Shula's or your other choice, the Yachtsman.
You must be Canadian, and if you like Martin Short, the Canada movie's fine. If not, skip it.
I'd do the sake bar, but I like sake.
Potential add:
If you like margaritas or things Mexican in general, add the Cava in the Mexico pavilion. They have tequila tasting flights that are educational and ... fun.
