I'm thinking of joining a Body Combat class. According to the leaflet at the gym this consists of martial arts moves and a warm up session.
Now my question is, how intense is it? I have been going to the gym nearly every day. Rotating swimming with running and upper body work and feel that I am starting to get quite fit. My concern is that the class will be too intense and I will not be able to keep up and thereby make a fool of myself.
The class is in the evening I have been doing my workouts in the morning, so I haven;t been able to look at the class in progress. I also asked the gym staff the intensity of the class and they said I should be fine.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
