Im thinking about starting WW again

it is has been almost 4 years.. What are flex points??


when I was in last time food had points and you got to eat like 22 points aday and if you had any left over you can use those at any time.. and we had to exercise 20 minutes or more a day.

I keep going over my calories..:mad: but my fat is limit is good..::D
 
I'm sure others more experienced will be of more help, but let me start. I have only done WW on flex points since I just started a month ago.

Based on your weight range you are given a target point for each day. I started at 215 and my target point is 26 points per day. You are then given 35 flex points to last the week. How you use them is up to you. If you go over by a point on a day that point gets taken from your flex points. If you know you are going to splurge one day (maybe a party or a big dinner) you can save the flex points and use them then. In addition there are activity points that can be earned and these will be deducted from your daily food points - these cannot be carried over.

Hope that help explains it a little. I've been doing WW online so I just log in what I eat and what I do and it takes care of all the tracking for me.
