.....I was excited to see my favorite episode of the Beverly Hillbillies was on last night!!! It's the one where Uncle Jed dresses up like a 60's rock star and sings "Yeah, Baby, Woo Baby.. " to show Ellie Mae, Granny, and Jethro how sillly there are being in trying to be "stars"!

Could anyone possilby be MORE BORING than me???!!
(if we're all so boring we'd better unite to entertain each other! )

I don't think the green bear in your avitar is boring though. I think it is rather festive. But maybe if I close my eyes I would find it boring. (because I wouldn't see it!! )

My fave BH episode is the one where a kangaroo escapes from the zoo and Granny duals with it in a boxing match (Jed that's the biggest jack-rabbit I ever did see)

Nothing BUT nothing beats the episode of GREEN ACRES when all the people of Hooterville think Jimmy Stewart is coming to their town to make a motion picture....AND Mr. Haney opens a "Film Actin Skool"!!!!
Now THAT'S Highbrow Entertainment, and NOT BORING!
Not to mention Mr & Mrs Ziffel are his Prized Pupils!

I'm so boring that on the way home from the gym I was thinking about Green Acres!! And that reminded me of how I Petticoat Junction!!! Remember that show I thought that was the perfect life/show. Steve was my The best of all was when the girls of Petticoat visited Green Acres land.....Mr Drucker was always SUCH a great host!

LOL, one of my boys' "first lullaby" was the theme to the Beverly Hillbillies. When I brought him home from the hospital and sat down on the couch to feed him, DH flipped the TV on. When it came time for burping, the Beverly Hillibillies started and I started singing it to him.

DH said, "That's his first lullaby."

That is so sweet! I have a CD I play in my car that has that theme on it and my cubs can sing it by heart....but they've never seen the show! (It comes on here at about 11pm.)

I'm such a boring DISer that for dinner I ate my leftover PB&J sandwich I had packed for my lunch today . Why? Because I got Olive Garden food as a surprise at lunch .
