I just got caught up on a BUNCH of updates, and I have to say, reading about the end of your MNSSHP night was just tragic. I kind of understand how that feels, though not with Disney thank goodness. I took a road trip with 3 friends to Nashville to see Hanson when they were not stopping in NOLA for one of their tours, and we obviously had VERY different expectations of what that trip was going to be! It ended up being pretty awkward towards the end, and I made a tearful call to my mom about how awful it was. I can't even imagine having to go through that in DISNEY...at MNSSHP! How awful. But I'm really glad that you were able to redeem it by going two more times. I can't wait to read about how much better they were!!

Oh gosh. Sorry about your Hanson trip experience! I once had an experience like that with two girls I thought were my friends, but ended up being crazy... like they'd always want to know where in town the guys were and stalk them to get pictures which I felt really uncomfortable with! They were also so obsessed with their wives and jealous. It did not end well but at least the shows were amazing!

Great update as usual! We (even DH) LOVES Basin too!! I haven't tried the shampoo bar....I'm thinking I might. I guess I just don't get it...does it work like soap? LOL. I feel ditzy that I am questioning the logistics of using a shampoo bar! Eek.

It does work like soap. After my hair gets wet i just rub it on my scalp repeatedly and then the lather comes up and I rub it through all my hair.

Day 6, Part 5 In Which WELL HELLO THERE PRINCESS.​

I have to say, I honestly thought I would feel weird going to MNSSHP alone. Jess kept telling me it wouldn't be weird and she ended up being right. At first though, I felt awkward walking to the bus stop and having everyone make a big deal about my costume... like it just was weird being alone and having no one I could deflect the attention to. haha. Buuuut... I quickly got used to it!!! You know, whatever. Everyone is so nice too so I loved making conversation with everybody.

The people I waited for the bus with were just so unbelievably sweet. It was a mom and two teenagers, and they were like fascinated by my costume and asked a MILLION questions. I felt like I was being interviewed on a "how to make costumes that rule" TV special or something. It was great.

The bus took forever to come, so I was glad I met cool people. Once it finally came, it felt like it took forever to get there. All Stars is so far from MK!

Once I finally got there.... OH LAWD. I don't even know. I'm just going to stop trying to describe my excitement because there are no words. You will actually get to experience my craziness once I post the video diary I made of this night.

Here I am, walking up to Party #2!

Oh my God was it WINDY. I had to hold onto my ears all night!

Ahhh I just LOVE the lighting for this party. It really transforms the Kingdom.

I don't even know what I was doing with my face in this next shot, I was just TOO EXCITED waiting on line to get in!

Once I put my ticket through, I got a new wristband, trick or treat bag, and map. I entered through the left side this time, since the night before, I entered through the right. Changin' it up, love that feeling....

The wristband was just plain orange this time with no logo. They do it differently night by night so that no one can use an old wristband to get in on another night without paying. Not that this crossed my mind! Okay... I admit it did. But I decided even if I could get away with it I would feel guilty.

As I walked in, I just started jumping up and down saying, "I'M HERE I'M HERE I'M HERE I'M HERE!!!" The Kingdom was abuzz with spooktacular magnificence yet again!

One of my favorite light effects was the clock above City Hall glowing blood red. OOoOOooh.

Now, since meeting Eugene was yet again my #1 goal, you might think that I headed straight to the Town Square Theater to try again.

I don't know why, but I just had this feeling that I should wait. Since the CMs who work there have absolutely no idea what's going on, I knew I couldn't rely on them to tell me whether or not he and Rapunzel were in there. So I just had to rely on my instincts, and my instincts were telling me I absolutely HAD to run over to Space Mountain first!! So off to Tomorrowland I went!

Oh my God, you guys have no idea. I had not been on Space Mountain yet the WHOLE TRIP! It was torture walking by the building the night before and seeing the wait time at 5 minutes, so I REALLY hoped it would be such a low wait time again! Either way, I didn't really care... I JUST HAD TO RIDE THAT PUPPY!

I was so happy, I was skipping over to Space, and my bubble was not burst when I approached the ride. THE WAIT WAS AGAIN 5 MINUTES!

I have to say, this particular ride through the galaxy felt even more fun than usual. I think I just had so much build up from wanting to go on SO bad all week, plus the excitement of being at the party again... OMG. It was just the best. I felt so free and ridiculously happy!!

I love the person behind me in this picture replacing their face with Wreck it Ralph on the back of the Trick or Treat bag. Btw, I saw a TON of Ralphs at all three of my MNSSHPs, and the movie had not even come out yet!

I LOVE THE SPIDER LIGHT EFFECTS IN TOMORROWLAND.

Okay so NOW it was time to get down to business with trying to meet my True Love, Eugene. Main Street was getting really packed with people lined up for the Boo To You parade, so I figured the line to meet the characters would be short. Remember, I didn't even KNOW if Eugene & Rapunzel would be in there, so I was really keeping my fingers crossed for a short wait time, just in case the whole thing ended up being a waste of time AGAIN.

I stopped by the completely empty Emporium to select an autograph book, and came out with this lovely princess one!

I do not appreciate the lack of Rapunzel on the cover, though. And I wish they had MNSSHP themed autograph books that featured customized pages for each character at the party. Wouldn't that be awesome? Sigh, when will I work for Disney?! Honestly.

Alright... it was time. I was SO excited because I thought seriously there was no chance that Eugene and Rapunzel would again be missing from the M&G. But I mean, you never know, the night before when that happened I would have never guessed it. So I was still a bit nervous that they wouldn't be there.

While I waited in line, there was so much tension. I was FREAKING OUT and texting Jess and Lee-Anne the whole time. I seriously could not take the anticipation. You will see this on the video hahaha. I was a mess.

The wait was again like 45 minutes, but it was actually moving this time. I could not handle myself though. I chatted with some cute families and just tried to stop thinking about the possibility that they were not in there.

The tension built up even further as I stood in the Plain Blue Room staring at the wall, pacing, and waiting to go in that final room where I would find out if I WOULD FINALLY MEET EUGENE. OH MY GOD I AM GETTING STRESSED JUST THINKING ABOUT IT.

You guys.

AHH.

So the CM finally tells me that I can move out of The Plain Blue Room and into the Princess Room. As soon as I got the word I ZIPPED right through the door.

NOW WOULD YOU JUST LOOK AT THAT GORGEOUS PRINCE.

OH MY GOD.

I WAS FINALLY GOING TO MEET EUGENE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I jumped up and down. I squealed. I freaked. I jumped up and down more. I jumped up and down so much that I could produce and star in a workout video entitled "Freaking Out Over Eugene and Rapunzel" and sell millions of copies. People all over the world would make testimonials based on the giant amount of weight they lost simply from replicating my intense jumping up and down over Eugene method.

Not that Eugene ever looks different from how he looks in the movie, but I have to say, HE LOOKED REALLY REALLY GOOD. I mean, he WAS Eugene. I was very very pleased.

I tore my eyes off Mr. Handsome for a second because I was shocked to see Belle in her yellow dress in there... until I realized it wasn't Belle!

I mean once I got a second look I could see the differences, but what a great costume and great job on the hair!

I then kept watch on Rapunzel and Eugene, who were being their beyond adorable selves.

I don't even know. I was freaking out.

The next family that went up to them had a child who was for some reason scared of Eugene. The mother asked if she could just meet Rapunzel, and Eugene said of course. He turned to all of us in line and said "She thinks I'm a ruffian!!!!" I DIED.

He then turned to me.... and sashayed over.

"Well hello there, Princess."

I DON'T EVEN. YOU GUYS. I WAS LIKE. I WAS NOT BREATHING.

"Hi," I said, trying to figure out how to pull myself together.

"Or should I say... Hello there Mouse? Mickey Mouse!" he said. OH THE CHARM. OH HE WAS SO CUTE.

"Nah, I think I prefer Princess coming from you!" was my reply. BOOM. PULLED IT TOGETHER. HERE WE GO MY BRAIN IS WORKING NOW.

"Well, maybe you can be like a... like a Princess Mouse! Mouse Princess? Do they have those?" and then he scrunched up his face in a very cartoonish way. This dude was serving me the Flynn Rider special and I was eating it up!!!

"I don't know, I just like the sound of Princess!"

"Well Princess, I love your costume. I've seen a lot of girls come through the Kingdom dressed as Minnie, but not as the boss!"

BINGO.

THANK YOU.

OH MY GOD.

HE RECOGNIZED MY GENIUS DECISION TO DRESS AS MICKEY INSTEAD OF MINNIE.

OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE A CONNECTION. *dead*

And THEN, two girls who had been trying to get his attention as soon as he walked over to me, finally did. It was so annoying. Like, I'm obviously talking to my boyfriend right now so can you wait your turn?

The really cool thing was... they were dressed as Emma and Mary Margaret. SO I forgave them. This is him talking to them:

They were cute. You can see the girl who's supposed to be Emma is holding the Once Upon A Time book. So that was a cute costume idea. I think Eugene told them that he doesn't have TV at his castle or something though, haha.

So then he walked back over to Rapunzel b/c the next person was up to greet them.

I waited impatiently for them to finish. AND THEN IT WAS MY TURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this picture because.. well first of all, IT'S A PICTURE OF ME, RAPUNZEL, AND EUGENE. But also I'm holding my heart just like awestruck and Eugene is like WHAT? hahaha.

Okay so, I just immediately started gushing and telling them how much I love them. LOL.

I also said, "I'm so happy that you're here!!!!" and Eugene goes, "Well WE'RE so happy that YOU'RE here!!!" and I was like, oh my god, I LOVE YOU, PLEASE JUST MARRY ME.

I explained further... "Because last night my friend and I waited for so long to see you guys and YOU WEREN'T HERE AND IT WAS SO SAD!"

And they were both like "Ohhhh noooo =(" and then Rapunzel explained, in detail, why they were not there. IT WAS SO CUTE. She apologized and said that just as they were leaving the castle, Pascal got into her paint and spilled it EVERYWHERE. So she had to clean it up and was late for the party. She commented on how sparkly I was and said that I looked a lot like Pascal because he also rolled in her craft supplies after getting the paint all over him.

I told her it was okay, and that I love Pascal and I know how mischievous he can be. Eugene then said, "That's for sure. Hey wait, so you came back tonight just to see ME?" with this cocky accent and a smirk. AHHH.

"Well," I said, "Not totally. I wanted to see Rapunzel too! She's pretty wonderful too, you know?" And Rapunzel goes, "Awwww." and Eugene was like, "Well, yes! Yes, of course. I think so. I love her!" SOOOOOENDLESSLLLYYY CUTEEEEEE.

I opened my autograph book and told them I was getting autographs for my cousins who couldn't be there. Rapunzel said, "Oh no, where are they?" and I said they were back home in New Jersey, because they had school. Rapunzel and Eugene both had the same EW reaction to school hahaha. Eugene said, "Are you also from the Kingdom of New Jersey?" and I said yes. He said that he and Rapunzel were from the Kingdom of Corona, which I obviously already knew due to me watching their movie 93280983209 times.

In this next picture, you can see that Rapunzel is obviously getting a little worried that Eugene and I were going to run away together.

When it was time for us to all pose together Eugene said, "Alllllright, Blondies!" AND HE SOUNDED JUST LIKE THE MOVIE. I was like... you are so perfect.

SO then .... this happened.

YEAH we're dating. It's not even a big deal.

Alas... eventually it was time to move on. I feel like I was with them even longer but my notes and memory end there! I really got to talk to them a long time. It was a dream, but I wanted to stay and hang out with them all night! HAHA.

I took one picture of them on my phone before going over to Snow White, because so many people had been following my adventures on Twitter and had been so sad along with me the night before. You all know who you are!

I love that little pose they did holding hands. THEY ARE SO CUTE. I CAN'T EVEN.

SO yes, it was the perfect M&G. Not only were they amazing, I got some one-on-one flirting time in with Eugene beforehand!! I mean... how awesome is that?! I think it was my reward for going through a mess the night before. BONUS EUGENE TIME. AWWWYEAH.

The only thing was, I forgot to CALL HIM EUGENE. Cause you know, in the parks everyone calls him Flynn Rider, which is inaccurate. So I wanted to see what he would say. I also forgot to ask what was in his satchel. For those who don't know, Rapunzel's crown is in Eugene's satchel just like in the movie when they are traveling to see the lanterns. If you ask him about it, he will take it out, and sometimes he puts it on Rapunzel's head. In the moment I was just so overcome with excitement that these things slipped my mind! Oh well, we will just have to meet again!

As I've said, sadly Eugene only meets during parties. However, there are rumors that he and Rapunzel are going to start greeting in the new Tangled bathroom area. Hopefully that is true, but even if not, there are sometimes random occurrences where they come out in Epcot. So I am crossing my fingers for that to happen next month! I mean, you never know.

Up Next: I mean, who cares? I met Eugene. I can die now! But honestly... my night got even better. If you can believe that. ALSO.... TWO WEEKS TIL DISNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually, it's past midnight now. So, 13 days!!!!!!!!!!!​

hahaha it may be my favorite update too! It was definitely one of my all time favorite Disney moments! And yes we are now dating, we just celebrated our 6 month anniversary so that's cool.

And yes if the night ended there it still would have been one of the best nights ever but JUST WAIT!!

Catching up! So many things to comment on...

Ah, Disney. Some people say, "Disney is so expensive. Why spend so much money on just one week or so?"

Because it doesn't just last a week. It lasts a lifetime. Every memory gets you through all the dull days where you aren't going to get a hug from a prince, or visit an enchanted castle, or fly into outer space. Nothing may have happened in your day and maybe nothing will, but you can put your mind back to that place in time at Disney World and experience a moment of magic anyway.

This is SO COMPLETELY TRUE. That's why travelling (esp. travelling to Disney) is so worth it - because it stays with you even after you've left. Also love your quote about resort hopping - it IS like hitting the reset button on your vacation - it's like you get to start a whole new vacation. Love it!

Ok, and I was totally geeking out when I read about you meeting Eugene - I felt like I was right there with you. I'm SO glad you got to see them.

Stitch is an awesome M&G!! DD had her Pal Mickey with her when meeting both him and Lilo and Stitch stole the Pal Mickey from her and was hanging him upside down by 1 leg. Lilo was scolding him and the CM with them was yelling at him about how poorly he was treating the Boss! DD pushed the button on Pal Mickey for him to talk and then Stitch jumped back and ran and hid behind Lilo. It was a fun encounter. DD was cracking up.

Wasn't he just the PERFECT Eugene! We had an awesome interaction with them as well (though not as much one as one time as you had - lucky girl). I did however remember to ask what was in the satchel.
