I'm Starting To Get Really Worried

I have an SOG reservation for 2 rooms, starting April 2. Haven't gotten any letter from SOG or confirmation from CR. I do have the original reservation confirmation, and have called a couple of times. They keep telling me that my letter should be there any day now. I have visions of showing up with 7 people and having no room available.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

We are coming in on April 6th and we did get our letter about two weeks ago. I have not received anything from the contemporary. I'm sure if you have a confirmed reservation you should be fine! Maybe it got lost in the mail. They have devoted the entire north garden wing to SOG people so I am sure there will be rooms open to you.

Ohh...you might want to call them again. Your letter might have gotten lost in the mail.

My reservations at SoG weren't for until the very end of June and I got my letter from them this week explaining about the renovations and being moved to the Contemp. No confirmation from the Contemp yet though.
