I'm sorry - ANOTHER ebay question!!

Okay - I had an auction end on 2/24. Sent invoice that day. Accidentally had the credit card emblem on my listing so requested they not use a credit card through paypal if possible so I wouldn't have to upgrade my account but I would do that if necessary. Okay Question #1

What happens if someone tries to pay with a credit card and you have a personal account?

From what I have found it should show a pending payment to the receiver with the option to upgrade - am I wrong??

The buyer emails me and says that she didn't understand what I was asking and she was wondering why her payment was being declined. This is on 2/27 - I upgraded my account that day and emailed her back saying her payment should go through no problem now. Since then I emailed her again 3/2 - did you get my email that my paypal acct was fixed and you can make payment now? I emailed her 3/4 - a "where's the payment" (nicely of course). I sent a second invoice 3/7. On 3/10 I filed a non-paying bidder with ebay. Tomorrow is the 7th day. and question #2 Will ebay notify me that she never responded and my fees would be credited and I could relist?? It was two Q&C vouchers - they went for way too much - but the buyer pushed up the price the last five minutes and then doesn't pay??? It just irritates me so much!! I just want to get them sold and be done with it. Just pay already!!

I have TWO PayPal accounts, one personal and one Premier, so I avoid the fees when possible. I have all my auctions set up to go to the Personal one. Many people actually pay attention to my auction and will ask for my Premier email address, others don't, so use CC payment through the personal. I just decline and then email them and tell them why. They resend, pretty easy usually.

At this point with this lady I would CALL her. You can get her phone number by requesting her contact information. I have had to call people in the past and it turns out, especially with new eBayers, that they are just lost and don't know what to do. I do my best to help them out.

If you don't want to call her, just go ahead and relist them now, don't wait.
