Great choices Claire, we are going back to the steak house in Sept as its like a little romantic thing DH and I want to do as this is where we had our wedding meal

Fantastic idea for the hot air balloon ride the views will be amazing make sure you take your camera would love to see what the pics turn out like!

Oh that's very romantic....we have never been but have read lots of great reviews.

The plans are definitely coming together

Kennedy Space Center is fantastic - I was really in awe of it all when we went! We wanted to go again last hol to see the shuttle launch, but it was on the day we flew home unfortunately

I can't wait to go to KSC - we have always wanted to go but have always run out of time but it's booked now so we are definately going!
I would love to see a shuttle launch close up but there is nothing scheduled in December. We saw one take off in the distance on our first trip in 2000 but we were in the Idrive area.....I really regret not going.
