Ok, let me explain- I've been to Disney enough times not to be confused {20 trips} but calling CRO today has me :confused3

I was told I had a free upgraded ticket option this morning attached to my name. He said I could use it until 3/15. But I had to book 3 nights and a 3 day
base ticket in order to get this discount. I was told at hotel of my choice.

Sooo, like I said before I don't need 3 day tickets. I called back to check into it again.

He said no code- but then said OH yes, a free upgrade only at a value or SS resort. Must be 4 nights and 5 day passes. No other resorts. :confused3

I'm so confused because I explained I didn't need or want 5 days- he then told me a price for a 1 day ticket... and said I could also go to the water parks everyday. NOW I'm confused? Everyday? I thought it was a 2 day option. He said no, you can go to the water parks everyday. ???

I said I didn't think so- here's what I mean.

Like this:

My 1 day base ticket in package- use it at Epcot.

Next day - water park

Next day- water park

Next day- PPP for which I would purchase on my own.

He asked me to hold on...

Came back and said I could only go to the water parks everyday IF I purchased a 4 day ticket.

With my one day base ticket - free add on upgrade, I would have to go to the parks, hop and water parks ALL IN ONE day?? :confused3

OH my mickey ears are aching!

Can someone help??

Should I call back???

Thanks for trying to help!

I just called back and I was quoted a price for Ft. Wilderness and 1 day ticket with using the pin code. I can use it other places and for a 1 day pass with free upgrades- and I was correct about the 2 days to add on for water parks. It's over the stay NOT per day. LOL

:faint:
That made me dizzy just trying to follow the story. Usually CM's are better than that.

I think I'd have to call again just to see what story I got this time:charac2:
Might just have to Record the conversation.. just for future reference.

I do believe that the amount of water park visits are now based on how many days our tickets are, so if you have a one-day ticket, you have a one-day water park and more visit. I thought the made this change last year.

But not all in one day. It should be valid for 14 days from first use, right?

actually, it's 2 days with a 1 day pass. I had to do my own research and then call back to confirm. :headache:
