I'm SO upset! (TRU order)

OK, the point of this post is to ask if anybody has a phone number for amazon.com because I need to call them....I've looked all over the website and can't find the phone number. Please help!

And now my RANT:
I ordered (on 10/10/05) The nintendogs ds bundle, 2 gamecube games, and 2 board games(b1g1f). Estimated delivery was 11/2 I was guessing because the nintendogs ds bundle wouldn't be released until the 25 or 26 of october. I was fine with that. I go on today to check my order and the estimated delivery date is nowDecember 28th thru January 2nd. Ahhh, nooo, wahhh, these were christmas gifts! AND on top of that, the game I was getting for free (spongebob game of life) is now not listed on my order at all. It only shows 4 items, not five. The total price is the same as that was a free item but I do actually want the game!

Anyway, I'd like to call and talk to them about this and see if they think it's coming sooner and also to get the game of life added back in.

Oh, I don't know what to do! This was a big, big part of DS's christmas and I ordered early and everything so I'd have it early and not run into this problem!
 
I had problems with Toys R Us/amazon.com in July. How I handled it was to call 1-800-TOYSRUS and told them it was an online order and could they forward it to the right place. Before you get forwarded ask them for the number you are being forwarded to.
Hope things work out for you. I was able to get my problems fixed without too much of a hassle. Good luck.
 
I ordered the UG (2006) along with two other books so I'd qualify for free shipping. Well...apparently (it was a preorder) the book wasn't released on the promised date (publishers fault...not amazons). Amazon should have sent out emails at the very least tho! Anyhow...I EMAILED Amazon and got a VERY prompt reply. She authorized to send the two books I'd ordered in addition to UG immediatly at no extra shipping cost to me and the UG would be mailed as soon as they recieved it. I believe the UG arrived about two weeks after everything else.

I would email and explain the situation. At the very least you'll have your items mailed out that aren't on backorder. Then if Christmas draws nearer and it truely looks like they won't be sending it out before the big day...just go to the "My order" page and cancel the order. Somebody else is bound to have it, right? Or if TRU is your best/only option for that item..you could print out a picture of the item and put it in their stocking along with a note from Santa explaining that the elves have to work overtime this year and he'll be mailing these a little bit behind everything else. If nothing else...it extends the Christmas holiday and adds anticipation to the mix!
 
Amazon.com's # is (800) 201-7575. I would call them instead of TRU ( who will likely refer you to Amazon anyway).

I am very pleased with the resolution! Surprisingly so! I didn't think they'd be as helpful as they were. Basically, they can't give me the game of life so they took the price of that off the trivial pursuit so I only paid $6 for the trivial pursuit(yes!) and I went to Walmart and bought the game of life today so that worked out fine. Then they reordered me the DDR game thru J&R computer world with free shipping and everything is shipping out on monday 10/31. Apparently the hold up was the DDR, not the nintendoDS thing which is what I thought. Everything ended up costing me exactly the same as my original order but Amazon took a little bit of a loss on the games since they no longer had the one they promised me.

Anyway, all's well that ends well. I was so impressed with what they were willing to do because I honestly thought they were gonna say tough luck about the whole thing.
