If you ever have the opportunity to open an account with Best Buy, run the other way. We tried to make our first payment at the store only to find out they don't accept payments at the store. Excuse me? You offer store credit but will not accept store payments? What the....?!?!?!?!?

$39 later in fees and we're still going round and round....

Im sorry you had such a rough go with them we had something similar their idiot employees ( at least here in Boise) couldnt even read the signs properly. I kept asking the same question and they insisted that with rebates etc this monitor and printer would be free with purchase but it WASNT I knew it wasnt and asked over and over if it was and they insisted it was free well we get up to the cashier and and an HOUR AND A HALF after we walk in we found out gues what?? It WASNT FREE!!!
