Finally, his side of the family thinks a Disney wedding is not that bad. I think he thought it was going to be something like $50,000 or more.

And, my fiance cleaned himself up and is starting to wear nicer clothes, and he looks so handsome. My mother basically said she finally approves, especially now that he's job hunting and taking it seriously.

I am so relieved and happy. I can FINALLY have fun planning this wedding.

Plus, I have lost a total of 23lbs since fall; I have 60lbs more to go, but I know it'll happen; i have 8 months to do it in.

I am so relieved. Plus, I got a really good day time job and a great part time job after school, and I can start paying things down.

Phew !! I guess it was going to take time, but it all finally happened !!

YAY!! Congrats on the whole family thing. I know that they can make things a little difficult. DF's family just came around last night and said they would attend.

Yes family can be difficult but in the end, they cannot choose the life you want to live and who they want to share it with. It makes it so much better when they finally approve of the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. Im very happy for you that your mum now approves. It makes things a lot more easy.
