I am starting on some of the projects for our Feb. 2011 wdw trip. 1st thing i've started on is the autograph book. I read one thread that says "print these characters" and another that suggests not printing certain ones because you won't see them! For thos of you with WDW experience, which ones should I leave out and which ones should I print? I don't want to waste time/ink on autograph cards for character who are most likely not even going to be there. any helps/tips are appreciated!

I'm going in February of 2011 too and have already made three books and ordered them through Artscow.. because they only allow 63 pages.. I will be created another book for each kid going... but the second book I'm printing here at home and then having it bound at Staples.. (or so this is my plan, I just might order them all through Artscow and have each child with 2 books... IDK yet) Because of this... an updated definite list would be SOOOOOO helpful! I mean I know ya can't see them all, but at least a true list of who's appearing just so will be great. I think one of the lists mentions seeing Clarabell cow and Brer Bear and those guys... I think though, correct me if I'm wrong, Brer Bear and Rabbit are seen at Fort Wilderness, right?

When in Feb. are you going? we are going to be there the week of Feb.14-18, probably staying at POP. I have a few autograph cards already printed up, but like you would like a true list as well!! hopefully someone will be able to answer our question!

Maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think there is a definitive list. There is no way to guarantee who you are going see in the parks. That's why I planned my autograph books around the character meals we have ADRs for. At least I'm fairly certain which characters we will see at the meals.

Try here, post #13: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2323160. The characters will change slightly again in the fall, but these are the major characters that you will see. I know that it looks like a lot, but when we went the first week of February, we got autographs from more than 60 characters! If you are worried about printing cards that you won't use, then put in the characters from the "abundant" and "common" characters, and then add in twenty generic pages at the end. You can even just put in the Fab 6 (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, and Goofy) and then do the rest as generics. :goodvibes

We will be there from the 5th-15th, staying at All Star Movies.

I create autograph cards for the characters I know I'm going to see (Character Dining, Fab 5, Fairies, Princesses, Etc.) Then I include 10 or so generic autograph pages for other characters we might run into. I do this because we don't go to the parks to see the characters. Shows and attractions are the priority. However, if you're going to be doing a character hunt, then you'll want to include all of the characters.

This is our 3rd year going and the 1st year my girls just had the autograph books sold in the resorts and parks. Last year I made both of their autograph books and only included the characters we would see at our character meals and for the parks I included generic pages. I am making theirs again this year and again I am only using the character pages for our character meals and generic for the parks.Doing it this way I don't have to worry if I don't have a certain character page..
