I'm so confused on how to insert clipart!

I am really confused on how you insert clipart. I went to a post here that gave directions, however I was too confused and I couldn't do it! Is there anyone that can give me directions in easier words or just anything to help me out?

Sure we'll start with something simple.

To get this Smilie, you need this code EXACTLY:

&#91IMG]http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/family/hat.gif&#91/IMG]

To get the address part of an image, just right click on it and choose properties. Highlight and copy the URL address, and paste it in between the &#91IMG] tag and the &#91/IMG] tag with NO SPACES.

That's it for images that are already located on the web.

Try that first before you try to use one of your own images.I am leaving shortly, but I'm sure someone else can help you out if you get stuck.
