I'm secretly planning a trip!!!!!!!!!

I just had to put that out there. I really wanna go outside and scream it at the top of my lungs, but am resisting that urge. I'd love to post on my FB page, but then I run the risk, no it's guaranteed, to get an unsolicited "invite themselves to tag along on our trip from my in-laws", so I just decided to shout it out here. I feel better

DD6 has been begging to go back and she and I had soooo much fun on our October 2008 girls trip for MNSSHP, that I've decided to book a trip for October 2010 for 3/4 days and to invite daddy along this time (he's not quite the Disney fan that DD and I are, but he loves his girls so he'll go ).

Haven't actually booked yet, have a few saved offers on my Disney account and I'm praying for a PIN or some good offers to come my way. BUT, I can start roughing out my intinerary and ADR's and that just makes me happy

I have a secret too! I have a ticker at the bottom of my siggie, but they think it is for Disneyland, not WDW!!! I can hardly contain myself!!

I completely understand how you feel! I am secretly planning a trip also and only DH and my BFF know. We haven't told the kids because we are planning to make it a surprise Christmas gift, the trip is scheduled for Feb6th - 13th. I have been keeping the secret since August and I am ready to BUST, I can't believe I have been able to keep my mouth shut.

Have fun planning your secret trip! DH and I are surprising our kids with their secret trip on Friday. We've been planning since late 2008, and we're finally down to single digits! Be warned...keeping it quiet gets progressively harder as you get closer to the big reveal! It's worth every second, though.

Surprise trips are soooo much fun. I did this once before for DD with a just a girls trip. This time it includes Daddy .

Haven't made any official plans yet, still pricing out ideas, etc., but now that I've added a countdown banner to my siggie, I feel like it's a little more real!

I completely agree. DD and I went in October 2008 and it was wonderful. Perfect everything Here's hoping for more of the same

I am hoping that I can start planning my surprise trip soon( new job starting today). Hopefully one year from today we will just be finishing up a five day trip to the world. Good luck with your secret planning.
