As I've had such great advice from my previous threads, I thought I'd post another to see if anyone can calm my nerves!

I've been to Orlando 4 times before & have never worried like this! This time though we're taking 2 parents, 2 kids & my brother and I feel responsible for all of them!

I started worrying 2 weeks ago whether the 8-seater passenger van will be big enough & have received conflicting info on that so I haven't done anything apart from keep my fingers crossed that it will be ok!! If not, a couple of us will have to get a taxi to the place where we collect the keys for our house.

We've received the tickets (going with Virgin again but even that's worrying me now from reading other threads about their poor service) and I've ordered the $$. Also have Disney tickets & Discovery Cove booked. We're still not sure about Universal & IofA so will get the tickets there if we decide to go.

Done a few priority seating bookings (Rainforest Cafe at AK, Crystal Palace at MK & the Italian restaurant at Epcot). Can anyone suggest any restaurants worth going to at MGM (although I may have left it too late)??

Have I got everything covered? Does anyone have any handy hints & tips?

Finally I'll be "celebrating" my 30th while were on holiday - any suggestiongs of what we could do? I think Hubby is taking me to the Shogun on I-drive for a meal in the evening but that's about it!

Im sure everything will be okay!!!!:)

I think you might have abit of squeeze with your luggage, car wise, but if all else fails use the floor infront of your feet.

We ALWAYS fly virgin(DS/DH both disabled), and never received anything but good service(apart from the cabin crew not being able to use sign langauge when we were told they could).I personally woulnt fly with any other airline.

Universal and IOA are a MUST we prefer these to the disney parks(you HAVE) to ride spiderman if nothing else!!!

MGM- I would recomend the 50s prime time cafe, I have never laughed so much in my life eating here!!!!!(this is on our schedule to do again on our next visit), the kids will love it!!!!

You'll be fine .... We took my husbands parents (in their 80's) last year and I had a few weeks of panic over one thing and another, but all went well in the end.

Regarding your 30th - we much prefer Kobe on International Drive to Shogun, but see what others think. Shogun is quite small, we felt rushed and the food wasn't as good.

Don't forget when you go to Magic Kingdom if that day is your birthday go to City Hall where they will give you a badge showing your birthday and age.

Whilst it's usually kids that have them on......everybody is a child in Disney!!!!

Have a great trip

Denise
