I'm on the Fence

Ok I think I'll eat over at CRT but..... What would be better, lung or dinner? Also any recommendations?

My problem with CRT wasn't the food, it was the crowded lobby and the long wait to get photographed with Cindy, I don't regret doing it because my daughter was so excited about it but I would hesitate to do again. I was faced with your same dilemna and I opted for a 11:10 at 1900 Park Fare (and now that my 7 year old has a new Alice in Wonderland dress there is no turning back....haha.)

I'm glad you chose CRT. I think every little princess needs to eat in the castle at least once. We do b'fast there and love it. For future reference, we also love 1900.

Personally, I've always been partial to going to the Grand Floridian Cafe or Kona Cafe (Polynesian) for lunch even if I'm not staying at those hotels. It's a nice break at midday, and possibly less crowded than CRT. You can take the monorail or even the nice boat ride to the hotels and they're pretty affordable meals, too. Part of the fun for me is always looking at the other hotels...

We really like CRT and the DOMO PIE is GREAT, DH and I had it last fall and LOVED it!! We will be trying Park Fare next trip, but I think you made the right choice! :thumbsup2

CRT is definetly something you must try at least once and it will be a nice end to your vacation.:thumbsup2

Stay at MK and do CRT

:thumbsup2

Post a picture of the dress!!! I bet its beautiful! Do I have to carry that photo around all day?

Last year when we visited we were with a magical gathering. Finally we had some alone time. We were at the cinderella fountain behind the castle when Nova turned and bolted. I'm like, where the heck does she think she's going? She literally "hugged" the castle looked up at the window and said someday I'll eat in there.

We really enjoyed CRT :) We had lunch and we are doing dinner in a couple of weeks!

Nice to hear from repeat customers. I've just read such bad reviews. Especially the breakfast.

I just love the GF!! I will always find my way over there. Next trip just like the last one, we are doing the afternoon tea. I love the grand tea! Someday I will try Kona Cafe, so many rave reviews. Next trip we are going to Ohana & Spirit of Aloha. I also have a serious weak spot for the Poly. I totally agree about taking a nice break midday with a boat or monorail ride. Its heaven.

Yup, I'll be trying the Domo Pie. I would love to try 1900 for dinner. I like Cindy's step-sisters. Too funny.:rotfl:

I'm not even going to think twice. When the booking comes open, I'm just gonna do it. The rest of my group is going to have dinner at Crystal Palace. We did it last year and I loved the atmosphere, but the food, eh. Only the Salmon was good. CRT dinner is too expensive, so we decided lunch and just grab a counter service for dinner when ready. I'm thinking Columbia Harbor house, LOVE that place! :thumbsup2
