I'm Obsessing TOO MUCH

Seriously this ADR thing is stressful My time to call is tomorrow and I have reviewed and revised my list too many times. I even went to the online adr system (which I can't use tomorrow b/c I booked through a TA) and I looked at the restaurants I wanted for our first evening for the day before and they are all booked. That is not very promising! Okay obsessive person rant over!!!!!

I did the very same thing! I got up at 6AM and made all my ADRS - I did not get 'Ohana or LeCellier, but what I got was good. I'll keep trying.

I think the system is down right now - I re-thought my first night. I went to reservations and it said ERROR- not working.

I would get up at 5:30AM, have a cup of coffee and start typing at 6AM. I even dreamed about it - woke up at 4AM - came in to the computer - just to give it a try. Went back to bed at got up at 6.

I've been in your shoes. Just do the best that you can do. Try online, or if you call, the CM will try his/her best to get you what you want. You must be a super planner (I can relate!)...but remember that the trip isn't all about the ressies. Sometimes the most memorable meals are simply noshing on a smoked turkey leg under the shade of a tree, or ordering up room service for an impromptu pizza party. Just have fun. That's what Mickey would want you to do!

I so understand the obsessing thing

I can book ADRs this Sunday. I have went over and over and over my list.
I have it all typed out with first and second choices for every meal I want to book, and its hanging right here beside the PC on a bulletin board.
I am SOOO ready......
I think

I was telling my family tonight, that even though they think I am Disney obsessed, they should spend a couple hours on the DIS boards and they'd realize how many other obsessed folks there are out there just like me.
I don't think they believed me though .

Did you get through? I hope everything was still there for you! I was able to get everything this morning including CRT (had to change dates) and Le Cellier but everything is for a party of 10 so I am THRILLED!!!

I think we all do the same thing. It's the Disney OCD and there's nothing you can do about it It just drive us all crazy.

I am right there with you! DH was looking over our plans and budget and asked the kids last night if they'd mind skipping the Halloween party this year. Apparently, he wasn't $300 worth of impressed by it last time, and they didn't really care either way. So I make my ADRs TOMORROW, and at 10pm last night he decides to sprout an opinion - only his second or third in all our trips! - that has me rearranging the plans?!?

I'm encouraged, though... In my obsessiveness over how hard it'll be to book ADRs for 6, I was playing around with the date range feature on restaurants we like, looking at availability from 85-90 out, and the only one I can't get for the week before we go is LeCellier. So then I started playing around with high-demand reservations, and even found a table at Ohana on a couple of nights. Granted, it is at 8pm, but it is there!

Just got off the phone. I have been up since 6am....3 hours for adrs is crazy!
Well I got everything I wanted just one breakfast is really early and one dinner is really late!
But glad I got CRT and Le Cellar!
Too bad I won't stop obsessing yet

Give it the weekend and then call again for the times your not happy with maybe something will open up.....

I am so glad there are others out there. My husband thinks I need therapy. I make my adrs in am. Wish me luck. Good idea on the coffee at 5:30. I'll go start the pot!
